Liability Waiver & Agreement
I understand that Freedom Ranch is a working animal sanctuary and that visiting or participating in activities involves inherent risks, including animal bites, kicks, falls, uneven terrain, equipment, and other potential hazards.
I voluntarily assume these risks for myself and acknowledge them on behalf of my minor children. To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, I release Freedom Ranch Farm Animal Sanctuary, its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from liability for injuries or damages resulting from inherent ranch risks or ordinary negligence.
I agree to follow all ranch safety rules, supervise my children at all times, and follow staff instructions. I understand that animals can behave unpredictably and that participation is voluntary.
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and am the parent or legal guardian of any minors listed in my registration.
